- Job applicants: contact details, qualifications, experience, CVs and supporting documents.
- Website usage: anonymous page views and clicks used to improve the website.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, manage reservations, process recruitment, send service emails, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
Recruitment documents
CVs and application documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are visible only to authorised HR staff. Unsuccessful applications are retained for up to 12 months to consider you for future roles, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them.
Guest information
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@tulivuelegancehotels.co.ke.
